Benefits:
The Labor Policy Division is responsible for the negotiation
of Collective Bargaining Agreements for and on behalf of those members
who so authorize the Association to do so with said specifically designated
Trades.
As a result of previously executed Collective Bargaining
Agreements, we are responsible for serving as Trustees for jointly administered
Funds entitled: Health and Welfare, Pension, Annuity, Apprentice
Training, Legal Services Fund and others pertinent to the following Trades:
Bricklayers Local #1
Carpenters Local #108
Laborers Local #596 and #999
Operating Engineers Local #98
